He was punctual, takes pride in his work, a strong communicator and kept the job site clean.We knew exactly what we were getting from Spencer because he took the time to break out the material and labor in his quote and he kept us updated at all times. Spencer 4 Hire is by far the best overall contractor I've worked with. Not only was he always on time, but he kept us very well informed throughout our projects. He and his team redid our basement and we couldn't be happier with the results. What impressed us most was not just the communication, but the cleanliness of he and his crew. They cleaned up daily and took steps to protect our items to ensure they didn't get dirty or ruined. He is very respectful and straight forward with the work needing to be done, price of materials, labor, he kept us updated on every aspect at all times. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him for future projects as well.

Spencer did a great job on our home. He replaced a roof deck with a leak, replaced windows and repaired a good amount of water damage. This was a challenging project and he solved a lot of problems for us.Extremely reliable and punctual with excellent communication. We always knew when he would be on site. Spencer and Ryan were very hard working and considerate of our family life.He clearly cares about doing quality work and keeping an organized and neat job site. Spencer was easy to work with and we are very happy with the outcome.
