Have used polylift to lift a foundation and a concrete floor. Did great work at both and reasonably priced. Will definitely work with them again if I need concrete lifting services.

Clay with Polylift was incredibly professional and punctual in getting us an estimate and scheduling promptly. We selected him over other companies for his previous successful experience supporting and lifting tiled concrete slabs that had fallen/sunk. While other companies told us we would have to remove the tile in order to lift the concrete, Clay was able to successfully Support and lift a one and a half inch Settlement by simply drilling 5/8 inch holes in between the tile along the grout joints and injecting the foam. In the process we experienced no tile Or grout cracking Across the 20 x 30’ room. Couldn’t be happier. Very professional, clean process. Even filed the drill holes with motor grout that will match our grout once dried. Additionally, his estimate, although not a price guarantee due to unseen void sizes was very accurate or close and the final price for us Actually came in under the estimate that he provided. Being billed for the actual materials used as opposed to the estimate was indication of professionalism and integrity by Clay, especially when it was a savings to the client.
