After shampoo, coat is nice and soft. Just the right amount of light fragrance. A pleasant fragrance.

Always a great service, on time, consistent and the best grooming service I’ve used. My dog always comes out the van looking happier than when she went in.

I have been using Coco’s service for over a year now and I am very pleased with their services, the only thing I wish is that I will get the same professional each time so that my dog is more comfortable because he gets very anxious each time there is a service, other than that they do a pretty good job and their customer service is very good.

My Shih Tzu will turn 2 years old next month, and she only knows the gentle & wonderful care of Coco’s employees. They do a beautiful job, and they always communicate when they on their way. Easy to schedule an appointment, and they send me monthly reminders.I’ve used previous groomers where you have to drive, and drop them off, and my older dogs would tremble in the car. Coco also took care of my 18 yr old Shih Tzu before she passed last year.

Great service, responsive to my messages and always willing to work with my schedule. We have 3 dogs from a small rat-terrier to a massive Bernadoodle. The groomers take their time and meet our requests and the dogs love them.

We always use Coco’s Groomer because they consistently do an amazing job with Asher, but today we had Pilar and she was exceptional! She took such great care of him, and he came out looking and smelling amazing. The convenience of having them come right to us is a huge plus. Pilar definitely deserves a special shoutout for the beautiful job she did today! Highly recommend Coco’s Groomer!

I had been using Coco’s Pet Grooming for years, and even after having two not-so-great experiences in the past, I kept coming back because of María José. She treats my pup as if he were her own — she’s super sweet, kind, and always does an amazing job grooming my dog. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about her. However, this time I was really disappointed with the company. A couple of weeks ago, after my dog’s last appointment, I reached out to ask if they could come back just for a bath. I’m due to give birth next week, so I wanted to have everything as clean as possible before that. They said yes and scheduled me for this Saturday at 8 AM, with a small discount since it was only for a bath. I agreed but made it clear that I only wanted María José to handle my dog, of course.Today I got a message saying that María José won’t be available on Saturday and that they could reschedule me for noon at the regular price. I honestly don’t understand — I didn’t ask to change the groomer, the time, or add any extra services. They told me María José would be the one offering the additional discount, but shouldn’t the company take responsibility for that? It just didn’t make sense to me.In the end, I decided to go with another company that offered a fair price including bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. I’m truly disappointed because I really liked María José and appreciated how well she treated my dog. The 3 stars go entirely to her — she’s amazing!
