We unexpectedly discovered water in a portion of our basement carpet and water damage on an area of our finished basement wall. We contacted Integrity Carpet Services who has cleaned and repaired our carpets since 2017. Thanks to Integrity Remediation Services, we quickly discovered that the leak was caused by a pinhole in an outdoor hosebib. Integrity removed the damaged drywall and insulation, thoroughly dried the affected area, treated the framing to prevent mold and contacted a plumbing to replace the hosebib. And we were able to save the carpet. Integrity’s quick, thorough, and skilled response saved us significant time and money. Because of the quality completed job, you can’t tell the repaired area from the rest of the basement walls.

Zach and Dom cleaned our carpet yesterday. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took extra time on some stubborn areas and, while the fibers were broken down, they look so much better. Every area that was cleaned looks almost brand new.
