260616I'm happy to add onto this as we continue to learn that the adage "good help is hard to find" is too true when it comes to household upkeep.So, when you find GREAT help, it deserves acknowledgement.We opted for a plan with LA Heating & Air-Conditioning to seasonally inspect our central heat/AC spring and fall. The plan provides an overarching discount, plus discounts for maintenance, etcetera.All well and good, but none of this would matter if the service were mediocre, and it is far from.Once again, expert service engineer Pablo came to our home and analyzed our system as if it were a Space-X rocket counting down for take-off.He noted one potential issue with our outside chiller unit, and we had it repaired, likely saving considerably preventing a problem rather than fixing the damage after the fact.This notion of preventative maintenance is counterintuitive to a repair company wanting to maximize profits, but it is clear that LA Heating & Air-Conditioning would rather gain customer loyalty than turn a buck.Thanks to Pablo's thorough and honest service call, they have certainly earned our loyalty.----Previously:Service Technician Pablo Hernandez arrived right on time, and is a consummate professional, explaining to me what issues might be behind the dripping of our mini-split.He went well beyond troubleshooting and simply getting things working but did preventative maintenance that will help avoid future issues and explained to me what are the various "layers" behind the issues we are experiencing.Having been rooked by numerous other HVAC companies, it is great to find one that stands by their work and goes the extra mile!
