Alex Grim has been amazingly patient, understanding, and more than willing to answer any questions I have had and offering help. They had my roof tarped off that same day so I would not have any more water damage to the inside of my home. Weathertight Roofing replaced my hail and wind damaged roof. They were prompt in inspecting my roof and preparing a quotation that was fully accepted by my insurance company,. They applied protection to damaged portions of the roof to prevent additional leakage while awaiting installation of the new roofing.They arrived on the scheduled installation date and completed the project in one day as promised. The found damaged decking, showed me the damage and replaced all damaged areas. They protected all doors, windows and plantings, no damage to anything. They thoroughly cleaned the worksite. They were very detail oriented.Alex and Corey were easy to work with, answered their phones, and promptly returned calls when not immediately available..
