It saddens me because the store has the potential to be so good yet time and time again I purchased items and they are rotted and molded. It doesn't seem to matter which location I choose either.

I had an allergic reaction to a product I purchased at this location and returned three days later with the item and receipt. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.The older staff member that I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. I explained the situation and requested a refund or store credit, but was told that nothing could be done. Another employee also handled the product during the exchange (put her hands in the product to try it) yet I was still expected to accept it back and was refused any form of resolution, including store credit.I ultimately had to leave and go to another location to address the issue.This is not the first negative experience I’ve had at this branch, which is why I will not be returning.

Aujourd'hui le 25 Avril, j'étais dans le magasin avec ma prescription, une madame était en train me servir ,elle m'a laisser pour aller un autre client sans s'écuser.Je suis rester longtemps à l'attendre. Je me sentais humiliée et , j'ai pris ma prescription entre ses mains et quitté le magasin. Je voudrait savoir pourquoi elle m'avais traiter ainsi?
