Cali Bugs recently did some extermination services in our home and did a truly remarkable job. They resolved our issue and their work, including smoking our exhaust pipes, discovering point of entry, opening walls, exterminating, cleaning, disinfecting and then patching the walls, was top notch. Both Carlos and John were easy going, thoughtful, professional and put our minds at ease given how intrusive and complicated our issue was. I can't rave enough about how good they are and how happy we are with the work they did....we'd give them 10 stars if that was an option!

What a wonderful company to work with! We have been using Calibugs for pest control at our rental property and they consistently do a superb job of monitoring and treating both the inside and outside of all the rental units. Their pricing is fair and their communication before, during and after appointments is exemplary. All the employees always show up on time, do an extremely good job of checking out the whole property for various pests, and are thorough in their explanations of what treatments, if any, will be needed. Carlos, the owner of Calibugs, is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and is always willing to help out in anyway that he can. In other words, in addition to being an expert manager of pests, he’s a good human 🤗 And personally, I sincerely appreciate his thoroughness in answering ALL of my bug questions— 😂 lol— he’s a walking encyclopedia of bug/insect knowledge! THANKS to Calibugs, we now have much better peace of mind as we know we can depend on their services to keep nuisance pests outside where they belong!

i was so pleased with the service and all that i wrote a super long detailed text that got accidentally deleted 😁. so i’m back to say lit shortly. Carlos gave great overal service and results professional , through. very clear on what he was going to do within his visits. Carl’s also worked beyond what he had suggested because the job called for extra problem solving applications to get my house well sealed from giant pesky persistent rats! I so very appreciatived all the extra worked he crammed into 3 days of his weekly visits. Also one more thing. when i originally called for service. I did not first call CALIBUG i called another place that was closer to me. That place was booked solid. But the owner referred me to Carlos and said that he highly refers his customers to him. He said that they share business back-and-forth all the time. i called CALIBUG and got a human voice right away and was able to schedule service very quickly. What an overall pleasant experience. I think it’s a good sign when your competition gives you referrals. OK enough said you get the picture . CALIBUGS GREAT SERVICE GREAT RESULTS!
