I would like to give a huge shout-out to Barb with ION Real Estate who connected me with the owner, Steve who reached out to me personally when he heard my home was in foreclosure and headed to public auction before I even knew! Being a new widow and having no idea how any of this works, he was extremely kind and thoughtful. He worked daily with my foreclosure company any continuously assured me I would NOT lose my home. And guess what, I didn't that's to his quick action and determination!! I will forever be GREATFUL to this kind man who didn't need to help me, but had empathy and helped me better than my own attorney! I was going to lose my home over a 3,000.00 debt!!! Yes, 3,000.00. Steve was sent to me by the angels above. I had just received notice that my home was going up for auction Come ,The first of January 2025 . Steve is very sympathetic , empathetic as well very professional. He is a true man of his word . He told me to give him 1 week and in that 1 week he kept in contact with me. He did the necessary footwork and leg work on my behalf and got the job done to its entirety. I am so grateful as well as thankful for him.
