5/26/2026 Update ------Malik sent a mechanic named Rooster out to fix the rail. He did a good job. They finally made it right so upgraded the rating from 1 to 4. It would have been 5* had the issue been resolved promptly. I would buy from them again and refer others.---------------------Jose was very helpful with the stone selection. I tipped him $10. Cesar delivered my order with a smile. I tipped him $20. When Cesar backed his forklift from the drive way he forgot to raise the 2 stances causing them to catch the metal rail of my sliding gate. All 6 concrete anchors were broken and the rail was bent. Cesar tried to bend the rail back using his forklift but it still a little crooked. I told him it was an accident and not to feel bad. He gave me back the $20 tip but I told him to keep it and asked him to notify management of the issue and have them fix the gate rail or give me credit so I can have someone else fix it. Despite several calls requesting to speak to their manager. They never called me back. Cesar told me his manager said nothing they can do about it. Finally spoke with a so-they-called another manager named Kathya. She promised to send someone out to fix the rail the next day. No one showed up. Kathya has not responded to my text. They are ghosting me and not taking responsibility for the damage they caused to my home.
