Senior Technician Michael and Eddie did our semi-annual PM today. He was on time (awesome), got right to work, explained the service performed, provided feedback on filters and optional service enhancements, provided a detailed invoice and pictures of the equipment and answered all my questions. I contacted Summit Air Conditiong because another HVAC company had inspected my AC system on a routine maintenance visit. This company determined that there were multiple problems: the evaporator coil was leaking , the blower motor needs to be replaced and a valve needed to be replaced. Since we had not experienced any problems prior to that visit I was sceptical of sudden need to spend many thousands of dollars. Summit came out and their tech, Leo, carried out a comprehensive check over several hours and determined that none of problems claimed by this other well known company actually existed. In fact the system is working just fine.The difference is that Summit is an honest local company not beholden to a wealthy private equity funded company. There is a reason that Summit has 5 star rating.

4/9/26 Eddie & Chris did my Spring maintenance today. They were friendly and efficient. They also changed out the filter in the main unit. Summit is the best!!!!Fall '25-Michael from Summit air-conditioning and heating did my winter tuneup on my HVAC today. He did an awesome job. explained to me why I needed surge protectors on my AC so I bought them. Summit is the best company that I’ve ever had service my HVAC units and I’ve had several. I highly recommend them.4/14/25 today I had Cameron do my summer maintenance on my HVAC unit. I have the annual maintenance plan through Summit and they are fantastic. Cameron did an excellent job above and beyond the call of duty and Summit is always easy to deal with and extremely efficient.
