He was honest, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose my heat pump rather than pushing an unnecessary full replacement like the other company I had out. When we ran into an issue with the system's warranty installation date, he went out of his way to get me connected with the right manufacturer support team so the repair could be handled properly under warranty.It’s hard to find honest HVAC technicians who put the customer first—Michael and Summit definitely earned my business.

Highly recommend Summit Air Conditioning & Heating! I have bought two brand new AC units from them over the last 5 years for two different properties. The most recent, just over a year ago. On Tuesday evening about 10:00 pm I noticed it was not cooling well. So I called and reported it. The Summit team was there on Wednesday, diagnosed the problem, replaced the needed part, and I was living in a walk in meat locker again the same day lol (we like it cold). Summit completely stands behind their work every single time. They handled the problem quickly, professionally, and with great customer service. It really goes to show that it is not about when things go wrong, but how a company handles them when they do. Exceptional business!

8/7/26 Eddie came out to check why AC wasn’t cooling well. He checked and cleaned everything and all is well. 😊4/9/26 Eddie & Chris did my Spring maintenance today. They were friendly and efficient. They also changed out the filter in the main unit. Summit is the best!!!!Fall '25-Michael from Summit air-conditioning and heating did my winter tuneup on my HVAC today. He did an awesome job. explained to me why I needed surge protectors on my AC so I bought them. Summit is the best company that I’ve ever had service my HVAC units and I’ve had several. I highly recommend them.4/14/25 today I had Cameron do my summer maintenance on my HVAC unit. I have the annual maintenance plan through Summit and they are fantastic. Cameron did an excellent job above and beyond the call of duty and Summit is always easy to deal with and extremely efficient.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! My AC went out. I called and they were out in such a short amount of time. Nick was so knowledgeable and so honest. They installed a new unit the next morning right on time the installers were fantastic, knowledgeable, hard workers, and were very clean and respectful of my home.. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all my needs in the future.

Mike from Summit Air Conditioning & Heating came out today after I’d spent a good part of the day trying to troubleshoot my AC myself. He asked a few questions, inspected the unit, and quickly found the problem. He clearly explained what was wrong, provided a fair quote, and never pressured me to move forward. When I told him I wanted to explore my options, he remained professional and respectful without making me feel uncomfortable. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Mike earned my trust, and Summit Air Conditioning & Heating will be my first call for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

I contacted Summit after a thorough Yelp search, and was really encouraged by their customer reviews. I submitted their web form after 5pm on the Friday going into the 4th of July weekend and got a call from Patty in their office within an hour or less. I told her what I needed and she gave me a ballpark quote. I followed up the following Monday and we scheduled a technician to come out. Michael Anderson was dispatched and he was amazing. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and he got us taken care of within a matter of 2 hours or so. They addressed our issue, found something that was missed by the HVAC company we had been using for the last 4 years (after the company they’d bought up installed our new 2-stage Carrier system), and beat their quoted price by almost $1500. My experience with Summit was awesome and they’ve won me over as a new customer. I would highly recommend them.
