The food quality was disappointing and far below what I expected for a $120 meal. The calamari was greasy and soggy, the corn ribs were burned, and the chicken was just okay. The best thing we ordered was the $9 bread.I initially wanted a steak, but I was told I couldn’t substitute mashed potatoes for the roasted potatoes—I would have to purchase an additional side. After tasting the other food, I was glad I didn’t spend more on the steak.The highlight was our server, the young lady with glasses. Her service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her attention and kindness. The other server who checked on the table wasn't as kind and gave me an issue with sending the calamari back. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service or justify the price. I won’t be returning and would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

We had a great experience at Javier’s Restaurant in Detroit! A special thank you to Simon, our waiter, for accommodating our party of 17 with ease and without any issues. He was attentive, patient, professional, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Handling a group that large is not always easy, but Simon made it look effortless! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. We truly appreciate it and will definitely be back!

Love the ambiance, definitely suitable for a date night.Service was very attentive.Our waitress made eye contact whenever she was in the area to make sure we did not need anything.Our waitress (forgot her name) deserves a kudos, she saw that I made a mistake with the amount paid.We had Chiken Tinga Taquitos (delicious) Fattosh salad (one of the best I've had) Lamb chops (wish they would've asked me how done we wanted them) cooked a little too much to my liking.Drinks were good.Their margaritas are their go to.All in all a good experience.

Atmosphere is great service was decent …but for this to be a steak house the steak was not good at all… tough … under seasoned , I ordered the NY strip… the airline chicken was really good pasta good but steak no go , lamb chops was burnt but they did replace them

I was at this club on December 25th at a party and I forgot an electronic smoking device, two packs of cigarettes and a lipgloss on the table. I called the next day to get them back but I didn't get a clear answer on the phone so I went to the location in person. When I got to the location and spoke to a waiter, he told me they had been thrown away. What other restaurant does this? I have never forgotten something in a restaurant and not been able to get it back from the employees... I received this device as a gift and I am very upset that the employees allowed themselves to steal it! May it be on your neck! I will never go to this place again! Shame on you!

I went here for my bday weekend and the waiter was great, atmosphere was nice, food was so delicious, hot and came out quick. I ordered the corn ribs 🔥 Branzino 🔥 and whipped mashed 🔥 My big daddy ordered the oysters which was 🔥🔥 and lamb chops …. I recommend going here! Ohh, the carrot cake 😋😋😋

The establishment itself is very nice and upscale, with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive presentation. However, during our visit on a relatively slow night with few patrons, the wait time for both appetizers and the main course was excessively long. The delay felt disproportionate given how uncrowded the restaurant was at the time. While the setting is appealing, the service pace significantly detracted from the overall experience.
