We went on our honeymoon safari and I’m still mentally in Serengeti! It was just perfect - the guide, food, weather, lodges, people..oh people! They were so warm! Just listen to what they tell you. The people at hey safaris handled all of our logistics and provided us a near property experience. The guides were fantastic, we saw all the animals the big five and so much more. We just got back from our trip and I am still buzzing. If you are planning a tour you should really do yourself a favor and book with Hey Safari. Make sure you ask for Joshua because he was honestly the MVP of our entire trip.We had the kids with us and Joshua was a total pro. He was so patient and great with them which let us actually relax and enjoy the moment. He was also perfectly on time and took such good care of us from start to finish.What really blew us away was his ability to spot animals. It was almost miraculous how he could see things we would have completely missed. He went way out of his way to find rare and cool experiences for us that made the whole day feel special. The guy is a walking encyclopedia and we learned so much more than we expected.It is rare to find a guide who is that talented but also just a genuinely cool person to hang out with. We felt safe and looked after the whole time. Huge thanks to Joshua for the memories.

The trip was so magical! Totally unexpected! We spoke with Pat and she guided us so well. Even though she told us things in detail - we didn’t take it that seriously until we got there in Tanzania! We interacted with other guests and they were tired etc but we had planned it so well. Specially with kids - we had ample amount of time to relax and soak in all the nature!! The hotels were a superb choice. We did a mix of midrange and luxury to spread the costs and it was totally worth every bit. And oh - we saw all the animals but even better than that was the fun of spotting them in the wild. It’s unlike any other holiday we’ve taken. And I must mention the staff as well - people in general - they were so nice and warm. Asante Sana to the entire team and people in Tanzania. We will be back again for sure :)Can’t recommend them enough. Their view of Tanzania is so different because they’ve been in the country for more than 100 years. Got to see and learn a lot.

We did a safari with Hey Safaris and it was honestly such a special trip for the two of us. From the first game drive, it felt like we were experiencing something totally new together. We spent our days spotting wildlife, stopping for quiet moments to take in the views, and just enjoying being out in the middle of nature.
