Wow!!! What a wonderful experience! She sent me about 20 pages of downloadable notes with ways to improve my cite. I've had 2 zoom meetings with her so far, which she records so you can follow all her instructions fully. She had so much valuable information, tips and step by step instructions. After I implement her suggestions I am meeting with her again to continue to dive deeper. I feel like I finally have someone I can ask all my questions to.
