My kitchen faucet had drenched my whole kitchen after developing a hole in the sprayer hose. I had Van Dyke install what they could find at the local hardware store just to get my kitchen sink back in working order. I will be calling them back as soon as I locate the type of faucet I want so they can install it for me also. I love that they are always up front about pricing and making sure I am happy with thier work before they leave my home. Always kind and considerate.

The guys are great, extremely nice, they know exactly what they're doing, they were timely, and worked quickly. I've now used them for a AC repair, a brand new AC unit, and a new Hot water Heater. Great people to work with and I’ll 100% continue using them.

First, I will say Van Dyck isn't the cheapest place in town. Even so, "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here. Van Dyck has provided services for me on multiple occasions and I have been impressed and satisfied every single time. My most recent need for services occurred this morning. I called Kathy at the Van Dyck office and told her I had a leak from my hot water heater. She was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through the things to look for so we could determine how serious the situation was currently. Rusted bottom and persistent leak that was running under the wall and other appliances in the garage (with the potential for additional damage and fire risk). Kathy was very professional and helped me figure out the size tank I had and type...gas or electric. Even though the service providers on duty were booked for the entire day, she worked some magic and told me someone would be at my house by 4:00. They were 20 minutes early. I was greatly relieved that she managed to get someone to help me before the weekend! The two gentlemen who arrived were Lonnie and Chris. They were so respectful and professional! Lonnie explained that my hot water heater was rusting out at the base. It could last a few days OR the bottom could have collapsed within hours....completely flooding my garage. Lonnie and Chris got right on the job. They drained the old tank, removed it and installed a new one in less than an hour! I was so appreciative that Van Dyck understood the urgency of my situation and did everything in their power to address my needs quickly and efficiently. Yes...this was a pricey fix. Nonetheless, after checking around to see what other places would charge or what it would cost for me to buy a hot water heater independently and have someone come to install it (with no guarantee of follow up care if there were future problems), the cost with Van Dyck was within range of this type of home repair. The bonus is that I know without a doubt that they will immediately address any potential future problems quickly and efficiently should they occur. I truly appreciate the professional attitude and skill demonstrated by Lonnie and Chris. I would certainly recommend Van Dyck to others for HVAC and plumbing needs. Thank you Kathy, Lonnie and Chris for lessening the stress I experienced this morning when we discovered water in our garage. It means a lot to know I can depend on great care and services!

Very efficient. Showed me pictures of the stopped up dryer vent hose that had split the tape holding it to the connection to the vent in the attic. Then showed me a picture of the clean hose/connection retaped.

Terrible communication wanted to charge 100.00 just to look and propose a priceIve been in grady county and chickasha area for 61 yrs and to date the poorest communication from a plumber business ive ever seen! I gave them 100 dollars to just get off my property and never came back!
