i love this store, the employees are so helpful and do anything they can for you, I purchased a used luminaire embroidery machine. They fixed all the problems and it is almost like new, Heidi was so helpful her and Jimmy are my go to and can always count on them to have my questions answered, Thanks guys

I went into check on an old machine I had and ended up buying a Bernina 570 quilting machine! Bailey helped me with everything and she was amazing! I’ve had my machine for one year and any questions I’ve had have been answered almost immediately. I feel so confident buying anything from the store, knowing that they will help me with anything that comes up. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Robbie and his team worked to make sure I got the right sewing machines and accessories for my space. Jimmy was fantastic at teaching me how to use the long arm machine. If you sew and want great customer service, then go to Save Stores. Everyone is great to work with.
