After having incredibly frustrating experience in another store where they were trying to sell me the machine for more than the Bernina site would sell it, I went to this store on the recommendation of a friend. Got my machine and a great price. Jimmy was wonderful. Highly recommended!

i love this store, the employees are so helpful and do anything they can for you, I purchased a used luminaire embroidery machine. I went into check on an old machine I had and ended up buying a Bernina 570 quilting machine! Bailey helped me with everything and she was amazing! I’ve had my machine for one year and any questions I’ve had have been answered almost immediately. I feel so confident buying anything from the store, knowing that they will help me with anything that comes up. Highly recommend.

This was my second stop as I looked to replace my old, beginner Brother. Colleen was very helpful and kind. Not only did she discuss the machine itself and its features but she also shared how helpful the store can be for troubleshooting in-person and even virtually, as well as classes available! She didn’t push me to a higher end model that was out of my price range and experience level. I am so happy with my new sewing machine that runs like a dream and has that beautiful purple!

Amazing customer service! I had been looking for an embroidery machine, and originally stopped into a store nearby my house. Service was ok, but they didn't have anything in my budget and didn't take the time to show us how any of the machines operated. My husband suggested we drive out to Save Store just to see what they had. Heidi took us right over to some machines and demonstrated what they could do, the different options available and even looked into some used machines for us. She took the time to price out several options, and in the end we ended up with a used machine that was a bit above our budget, but is really a great value. I appreciate all the time she spent with us and really feel that she made an effort to get us a great machine and a great deal. I'll definitely be back!
