I had an awesome experience with this training. Mike and Erin were really great people/trainers to help me achieve my goals. I was lucky to receive such good feedback each and every day, week, and month.They held me accountable yet encouraged me to be the best version of myself in such short time. They were flexible/adaptable in the times where I felt I needed a change yet consistent in maintaining an actionable plan. I not only got much stronger but improved steadily in my fitness and physique. I would highly recommend someone to Gerardi Fitness and would sign up again if need be. Less

Gerardi’s Performance was a game changer for me. I’m 57 post menopausal and gained 30lbs during the pandemic. Nothing seemed to work before. I had a personal trainer, I tried giving up sugar completely, nothing seemed to get that scale moving. I followed Michael’s guidance through the app with protein filled meal plans and exercises. I lost 10lbs in 3 months but that’s not all. My body has changed. I lost body fat and gained muscle. I can feel and see the difference. Less

Before starting the program, I was struggling with having a good nutrition and strength training plan. Working with him has changed my mind-set about weight and strength and has set a life-long foundation for me. Mike was always available to critique work out form and provide tips on various sources of protein for my specific diet. I was skeptical but I was going through a period of my life where I needed guidance, motivation and discipline. Mom of 2, wife, professional and daughter I was struggling to be 100% present and I was tired to feel down and tired. Mike was excellent. A great coach, available 24h/7days. He went above and beyond my expectations. Not only I achieved my goals, but I was able to change inside-out. Though, if you decide to try you need to be committed and consistent, especially on meal prep. You set the goal and he will be there to make that happen. You are not spending money, you are investing in your mental and physical health, don't wait to reach the point of no return. Less

No regrets, I've mt my goals and have the tools to go further, achieve even more, and maintain what I've already accomplished! My trainer Emilia was great about being an active supporter, helping me make tweaks to diet and exercise to make sure I was able to meet goals in a healthy way that I was motivated to achieve. Less

When I started the Gerardi nutrition program I was just over 170lbs, I’m super active and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t move the scale. I travel a lot and am always eating out - the program taught me about portion control, tracking meals, eating Whole Foods and how to curb cravings. More importantly I didn’t have to cut out the foods that I loved, I just had to get smarter about how much I was eating and being resilient after a “bad” day. Coach Emilia was super consistent and helped me every step of the way, after 3 months I’m down 10lbs and am excited to continue to make positive healthy changes and reach my target weight. My clothes fit better, I feel stronger in my workouts and I feel great. Initially my biggest hesitation was the financial impact - but being where I am now I know the best investment you can make is in your health and it is 100% worth it. Less
