ServiceMaster by Lewellen's did a fantastic job with our wet basement. The gentlemen who came to our rescue were friendly, helpful and hardworking. At the end of their project our basement was completely dry and ready to be rebuilt. They worked directly with our insurance, which was very convenient for us. I feel confident that we can move forward with renovation without concern of mold or other lingering issues. Thanks a bunch!

Guys actually came early because of a cancelation. They were accommodating to which rooms I wanted done first because I had to move my dogs so they wouldn't be in the way. They were courteous and carefully to not damage walls with the hoses, and wiped up and water dripped onto the hardwood floors. They worked quickly and did 4 rooms and a staircase in a little over an hour and a half. My carpets didn't look bad before, but they look so much better now, and cleaner! With having giant breed dogs in the house, this is a total must do to maintain the cleanliness and extend the life of your carpet. I'll be scheduling with them again for another service in 6 months.

ServiceMaster came to our house, on time, and went straight to work. They steam cleaned the carpets in our living room/dining room and our family room. The pile on our living room/dining room was flat. After cleaning the carpet, the pile stood back up, making the carpet look new again. After the carpets were cleaned, they smelled and looked so much better! The staff person was very nice and pleasant, did his job and didn't mess around. We were very happy with the service we received and will be calling them again in the future.

I had water damage that ruined flooring in 3 rooms. They removed all the damaged flooring and drywall. The rooms were dried out faster than initially estimated. They even helped replace a door that was damaged. Reasonably priced too. Justin did an excellent job with everything.

I have lived in my apartment for years and only had Lewellens come before I moved in. I have a dog and she has had some accidents happen in my living room sence. I tried several carpet cleaning materials and just couldn't completely remove the stains and smell. Lewellens was contacted and did my whole apartment. Stains are gone. Smell is gone. They are very reasonable especially if you're a new customer! Professionally carpet cleaning is a must especially if you have pets. Ill be using them again. Thanks so much Lewellens!!

They got right there and got to work. Covered the entry floor to protect it. Very professional and did everything they could to save my antique hardwood floor. And they did!!!😃Cleaned up nicely afterwards. They called or came by every day to check on the drying process. Can’t say enough good about them.
