Sam Aldridge has done a great job of taking care of our roofing needs for several years. Initially, we had small leak through our roof that he fixed for us several years ago. It's worth noting other roofing company were not interested in fixing our leak, it seemed like our project was too small for them but he was willing to fix it for us. We saved his contact info and when it was time to for our whole roof to be replaced due to hail damage we knew who we wanted to call. Not only did he do a great job on the roof but he helped us navigate filing our claim with our insurance company. In 2024, following hurricane Helene we suffered damage to part of our new roof. He got our roof fixed in a very timely manor despite being flooded with multiple other new customers following the hurricane. I hope we don't have anymore roofing needs for many years to come but if we do I already know who I'm calling, Sam Aldridge. Less

Sam Aldridge did a beautiful metal roof on a playhouse for us. Codi answers calls and got us scheduled for a visit with Sam. The whole experience was seamless. Codi was fantastic on the phone setting things up. Sam was right on time for the initial visit. He’s fast and efficient. He got us a quote within a few days. He asked me what we wanted to do and made some recommendations. He provided me with a sketch so I could visualize the project. The price was very good compared to some other opinions we had. The work started within a week. The crew that came out was fantastic. Matt the supervisor, Robby, Shane, Patrick and Martinez were great to have around. My wife is always leery of strangers on our property but these guys were kind, professional and funny. Watching Patrick climb and cut and fasten boards is amazing! My wife felt very comfortable having this crew around! They cleaned up everything both days they were here. They even asked me what cut off boards I wanted to keep and where to put them. The communication was top notch. Sam and Matt gave us text updates about when the crew would show up and whenever they would drop something off. He explained everything and worked up a plan for my repairs. The crew did an amazing job! they matched the shingles nearly perfectly. And they did not even leave a speck of trash behind.
