First, Aldridge did something other highly ranked companies wouldn’t do-return my phone call, and the return call was prompt, friendly and helpful by their office staff. Next, I quickly received a call from Spencer, a field rep (as I was told I would by their office staff). Spencer cared about my issue and scheduled an appointment. Spencer was on time for his appointment and was excellent in his diagnosis of repairing my roof leak. A crew returned in a few days and by all indications did a good job, on time, quick, and well behaved. I’ll remember Aldridge when I need a new roof because of all my good interactions.

My husband and I were having roof leaks in our home, and we needed an independent inspection to support a notice we were serving to our builder and roofing company for a construction defect. We hired Sam Aldridge to perform the inspection. He was efficient, professional, patient about answering questions, and provided an abundance of photographic evidence. We have not yet determined how the contractors will respond, but from what we have seen so far, we would not hesitate to recommend Sam for this type of work!

Reliable, family owned, prompt, and very professional! We worked with Gavin when getting a new roof installed due to multiple leaks that caused mold to grow in our baby’s room. Not only did we have an inspection within 48 hours of my initial phone call but we also got the entire roof replaced within a single day! The roofers were extremely respectful of our property and even moved some of our Christmas decorations out of the way, so they will not be damaged. They put everything back when they were done, And Gavin even Came by and did the finishing touches on a couple areas of our roof. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough and we were very impressed.

I needed to replace my 25 year old roof and selected Aldridge as one of three contractors to bid on the project. Gavin represented Aldridge Construction as the bidder / project manager and immediately made a positive impact on my decision because of his attention to detail while assessing my project.I had developed an occasional leak during heavy periods of precipitation that showed up in a seemingly impossible location on my ceiling for a leak to appear. Gavin climbed into a very remote location of my attic find that during construction of my house, the builder had misfit some of the sheeting on a ridge line of my roof. He repaired this issue during the project. He worked with me on price and also my preferred shingle manufacture to give me exactly the roof I needed.The work was both professional and proficient. I would recommend Aldridge for a professional job and Gavin as an excellent project manager that definitely goes "above and beyond" the norm.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and did an excellent job replacing my roof. The quality of the work is outstanding, and they cleaned everything up perfectly after the job was done. I highly recommend them!
