Bob and I recently sat at my kitchen table discussing the Sun City market and my long term selling goals. He then walked around the house and property and left promising to send me a Seller's Report in a few days. He returned the next week with the report supporting a competitive list price and selling price for my home with other details. Getting to know Bob through this process was 100% positive. He is easy to talk to, knows Sun City real estate expertly and has a proven track record. When it comes time to sell, I will choose him as my agent. Meanwhile, don't hesitate to contact Bob for your real estate needs

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Aegerter at the Sun City Property review and came away genuinely impressed. We had a great conversation about real estate, the buying and selling process, and how he approaches helping his clients. What stood out most was how client-focused he is — it's clear Bob is truly committed to getting the best outcome for the people he works with, not just closing a deal. He's also creative and innovative in how he uses social media to get the word out, which shows he's staying ahead of the curve in a business that's constantly evolving. If you're looking for a Realtor in Sun City who's knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success, I'd recommend reaching out to Bob. As a fellow Sun City resident myself, it's great to know there's someone like him in the community.

Bob Aegerter is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. His building construction bacground makes him well qualified as a residential real estate agent. In addition, his desire to be the best at his profession has insentivised him to employ AI and other teschnics that improve his preformance. He stays in close contact with the seller throughout the selling process and he goes out of his way to advise his client on improvements that would enhance the sale. He assisted me in acquiring a bridge loanso that I could take possession of the home before listing the property that I was selling. He tracks local pricing on other properties in your area that are similar in size and price and gives wise advice on when to adjust your pricing to meet the market conditions. I highly recommend giving Bob your business. You will not be disappointed. Terry Moore

Bob was the realtor for the person selling his home. I found Bob to be very knowledgeable of the home he was representing and extremely friendly. He was considerate of my needs and wanted me to find the right home for me. Although Bob was not my agent, he made me feel like I was his client. He made me feel so welcome each of the 3 or 4 times I viewed the home before I put an offer on the home at 106 Ranch House Cove. Anyone should consider Bob Aegerter as their real estate agent in Sun City.
