Reed Rappoli of First Light Windows and Doors has been a pleasure to work with on two projects so far. He is friendly, professional, communicative, prompt, and thorough. He has replaced two storm doors with high quality Larson products. He listened to my concerns,instructed me on how the doors' features functioned (who knew you could adjust the speed so they don't slam?), cleaned up after himself carefully, and came back personally whenever I had a concern about the product after installation. I will not hesitate to hire him again.
