We had a cracked awning window over our kitchen sink, and Reed was more than willing to work with us on replacing just the one window - we found other companies unwilling to even quote us for the project without adding more work. He came out, looked at the window and frame, explained the best course of action, and explained what type of window he'd recommend and why, with options to consider higher or lower-end windows as well. We went with his recommendation, and when the window came in, he and his crew were out at our property bright and early on a Saturday morning to get the work done! They were even willing to take extra care to secure our cat as we were not at home during the repair. The new window looks great, functions beautifully, and will last us for many many years to come. Reed is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and fair, and I would recomend him to anyone!

Reed Rappoli of First Light Windows and Doors has been a pleasure to work with on two projects so far. He is friendly, professional, communicative, prompt, and thorough. He has replaced two storm doors with high quality Larson products. He listened to my concerns,instructed me on how the doors' features functioned (who knew you could adjust the speed so they don't slam?), cleaned up after himself carefully, and came back personally whenever I had a concern about the product after installation.
