On delivery day, he ensured we received our delivery early as possible since we had a party to go to that evening. Fantastic customer service and we love our new adjustable bed! Got approved from Snap Finance. Jim is amazing. He even stayed past close to help us. Called him and told him that I didn't get off work until 6pm but he said that didn't matter he would stay and help us. We bought our last one from Bob's discount mattress but they are no longer in business. We got to snooze mattress and met Jim and he asked us what we were looking for and asked how we sleep. Did the sleep mapping and told us what type of mattress we needed and showed us different ones and we found one we really liked. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Explained everything very well and made sure we were very happy. He is very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We definitely will be back.
