Chris and Patrick made things so easy to get the flooring and getting it scheduled. Sal, Milo and Jesus were awesome with their installation! You could tell they knew what they were doing from the time they started until they picked up the last of the scraps for the cleanup! Absolutely amazing service. As a homeowner, I have found it hard to come in contact with quality people doing quality jobs. Flooring Liquidators ARE those quality people doing quality jobs! It was so easy. I told Chris what I was looking for and he made sure I got that. He came prepared with his truck full of carpet options for me. We booked it and the installer came out and did a high quality job as well. Super amazing and nice people. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

After a plumbing issue, I had to have my downstairs floors replaced. I asked for suggestions through my local community, and Floor Liquidators was mentioned. We got in contact, and I was pleasantly surprised when they mentioned they would bring floor samples directly to my home, so I could see them in the correct light. They gave me a quote, followed up with a text, and an email that CLEARLY stated the scope of the work, and expectations. The installer was super friendly, the service prompt, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Since then, every person that walked into my home immediately compliments the floor. I’m using a lot of adjectives, but…frequently I’ve found myself paying for service that I couldn’t be moved to call ‘mediocre”. With those experiences in mind, it just felt good to pay for something, and the entire experience exceeds its worth.

I am so happy about the way my new hardwood floors look in the Primary bedroom. The company was very accommodating, scheduling was simple. The work men were fantastic. Hardworking, and took great care when moving my furniture out of the room and back in. They also did a great job when cleaning up.

I had decided to look for a local full-service flooring company after starting to coordinate my flooring replacement project myself, and I stumbled upon numerous glowing reviews of NC Flooring Liquidators. I am very glad I chose this company!Everyone on the sales/administrative side was super helpful and accommodating, and the installation guys (Sal and Milo did my job) did an excellent job. They paid attention to every detail. and Sal even helped me find a solution to a section of trim that needed to be a different color than what we had planned. Their work was meticulous, and they did one large-ish room and two small baths in one day. Their prices are far more reasonable than any other sources I looked into, too, so that was another huge benefit.I couldn't be happier with the entire process with NC Flooring Liquidators!
