Awesome live classes via zoom. I appreciate that the classes start and end on time so you can plan around them. Lots of time slots, all great instructors. Modifications offered if you are having any issues, joints, moves, etc. highly recommend joining VFit!

So pleased I discovered VFit. The timings of their sessions really work for me but they offer such variety across the week and each day that I think they'd suit most people. They're really friendly and have managed to keep me motivated to keep showing up which isn't easy!

The instructor did a great job!! I joined a few minutes late, and she was so attentive to welcome me and the others who came in late. PLUS she offered a modification of alternating sides half way though, so we would be balanced since we missed the first full round on the other side. :) It was very thoughtful and appreciated by me! Perfect amount of challenge too and excited for another class! Thank you!!!

I’m a huge fan of vfit!! They say it’s for women 35+ but I started these online fitness classes when I was 27 and I love it! The convenience of working out from home but in a way that you still feel accountable is HUGE! I love all the trainers, they make classes fun and enjoyable, and as someone who hated cardio before vfit that’s big! I also love the ability to do the on demand classes, which lately is all I’ve been doing since it works for my schedule, and those videos are always updated every week! All in all, I definitely recommend vfit, it’s so fun, convenient, and has helped me get in way better shape. Love it!

Such a great online studio! Can’t say enough about the trainers. They are all so encouraging and knowledgeable. They not only help you push yourself physically but they help you mentally and emotionally. They never judge and always give you options if something doesn’t work for you. There are so many different style classes to take throughout the entire week and they even have recorded classes if you can’t make a live class. I have found my favorite gym and I don’t even have to leave my house! Thank you VFit!!!!

As someone who never enjoyed or seeked out exercise prior to finding VFit, I was over the moon to find a platform that was convenient, effective, energizing, supportive and downright FUN! The community is unlike any other - authentic, caring, upbeat, engaging and positive. The trainers are the best there is - energetic, knowledgable, considerate, and encouraging. I get my heart rate up and going in 30 minutes and leave with a sweaty glow and a happy heart each morning. My days that start with a VFIT workout are the best days of my week! VFIT has been a pillar in my foundation for living for at least 4 years. While I typically don't take Live classes, I love the On-Demand option! I love the ability to choose when to exercise and what kind of class to take, depending on what else I will be doing that day/week. I like how there's a guide to how many cardio, balance, strength and stretch classes are recommended to take each week. I particularly like how I can reach out to Rachele when I have a physical issue, for guidance on how to modify classes--for instance, I have had CMC joint removal surgery on each hand and cannot put my hands on the floor anymore. That's an issue when trying to do yoga but there are work-arounds. I have taken private classes with Sheri, our yoga teacher, and she is wonderful! The classes I most enjoy are Barre, Barefoot Barre Fusion, Sculpt & Stretch and Glow & Flow. Sometimes I sprinkle in a Zumba class to round out my week. I still walk 3-4 miles each day but these classes round out my exercise program to keep my body in working order. It's a great program!

VFit has been the ultimate game changer for my body! Convenient 15 or 30 minute classes and even when I don't feel like working out, I have never ever regretted suiting up and showing up. No drive time, no germs, and my doctor said to sweat 30 min everyday to avoid being on BP meds. I have achieved that for over 4 years now. The trainers are incredible and although online, there have been many friendships and often we see each other in person. Can't say enough!! The owner Rachele is hard working and very inspiring. I love her classes!!

VFit Studio is more than an online fitness studio with live workout class. Yes, of course you get the world-class, live fitness classes from blood-pumping Cardio all the way through the spectrum to Yin and Unwind Yoga, but the magic is in the fun, connection, and support from a fantastic group of trainers and members. For over 4 years, I've enjoyed the combination of the convenience of working out from home (or anywhere you happen to be) with the camaraderie of a close-knit group of friends and it is simply the best option out there for staying fit and staying connected. I look forward to my workouts every day, I miss them when I can't log in, AND I feel missed when I am not there. VFit is a community promoting health, wellness, and love and I can't imagine not being a member. My only regret is not joining sooner!

Vfit is the best! Literally life changing! This is the first fitness program I have been able to stick with as the program is so accessible and flexible. The trainers are personable and friendly. Even though it’s virtual somehow you end up feeling more connected than a traditional class. I highly recommend giving it a try!

VFit Studio is an awesome way to get a great workout w/out having to leave your house. The trainers are awesome and they are always happy to see you in class. They offer tons of different class styles at various times of the day. It's so convenient. You don't have to drive around looking for parking, you don't have to deal with traffic. You just put on your workout clothes and walk into your home gym, living room, den, office whatever and there you are -- in class.
