At first you may think for 1% commission, what am I not getting? There's got to be a catch, right? No there isn't. I sent Landon a message on a Sunday evening; not expecting to hear from him until Monday or so. He called me that evening. From that moment on, he treated me like I was his only client. He soon stopped by my house, gave me some things to do to update my 8 year old house, then gave me his professional opinion, based on research, on how much I should list my house. His photographer was excellent, did a drone video too, all at no cost to me. He was always accessible...weekends, morning, noon or night. He kept me informed of all offers, appointments and so on. I received 100% quality service for 1% commission. I saved enough cash to furnish my new home, plan a vacation in 2026 and keep more of my money in the bank.
