Neil was so helpful in finding the right holiday for our family. We had ages from 4-81 and so wanted something that would suit us all. He asked us what our requirements were e.g. how long we’d be willing to fly for, if we wanted to explore the area, if we wanted to be close to the beach, kids clubs etc and our budget. He found a fantastic hotel for us that went well beyond our expectations. It had an on site water park (ideal for the 4&7 year old) and a gym (for the 81 yr old 😆) as well as golf cart shuttles that took you from the hotel to the water park. The pool was fantastic with a shaded shallow pool for toddlers, a lazy river and two water slides. The food was great and the buffet didn’t get boring! He did all the communicating with the hotel to arrange our transfers (a car, a ferry, and another car!); he just took all the stress out of arranging a holiday. We would definitely use Neil again for future holiday bookings.

Neil managed the first holiday I have braved with a young child. I was anxious about all the challenges re having a toddler in transit, so Neil made sure everything was stress free and easy. The hotel was perfect for what I needed, transfers all spot on and flights as expected. Will book again
