I stopped by today because someone sideswiped my side mirror, leaving a scratch on it. I went to Evolution, and a very nice gentleman took a look at it and said, “I can fix that in a minute.” He fixed it and didn’t charge me anything!I thanked him so many times because I truly appreciated his kindness. Customer service like that really makes a great impression and leaves a good taste in your mouth.Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I just want to say thank you, sir! Your kindness is truly appreciated. 🙏🏻❤️💯

ONE OF THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, they made the process so easy and the communication was on point!! They even went above and beyond about insurance ! And made sure I was informed and knowledgeable about the process! Even stayed later for me to be able to get my vehicle! Everyone is great here!! Definitely recommend 10/10

Erika @ Evolution Was the bright light that shown through the darkness during my experience in Philly. I was Planning to be in Philly just for one night, but I woke up to all four of my tires were stolen. The tow truck drivers were scammers. There were thieves. Probably in cahoots with the people that stole my tires. Very dark Experience as a woman traveling on my own. There were a lot of places I could’ve chosen to have my car towed to from the fake tow place that held my car ransom. Another piece of my dark experience But I’m glad I chose Evolution because they were fantastic. If I could give a higher number on this rating, I would. After not being able to trust anybody in Philly including the hotel I was staying at Erika kept me posted about everything that was wrong with my car, The progress with the insurance, When parts had to be ordered, when parts arrived she just kept me updated every step of the way. She even texted to check on me once I got my car and I was driving back to Texas. I wish that every business that I ever dealt with had an Erika! The world would be a less grumpy place if we all dealt with . And I didn’t meet any of the mechanics, but they did a great job on my car as far as I can tell and my car that had been through so much was shiny and detailed when I picked her up. It was like she had a spa day after a rough 7 weeks. That meant so much to me. Usually the opposite is true.I would recommend them 100%.

EDIT with photos of them on the car…Sorry for the extra photos lol Google must of selected them for diversity lol it won’t let me deleted them!!Eddie was great, very helpful and made me feel like I’m in good hands and they’re going to make sure they do the job correctly. Prices are very reasonable as well. I had rocker panels that needed painting, first off they did a great job, showroom quality paint job, even tho it’s rocker panels, you can still see they gave it 100% which is rare these days, I’ve dealt with 2 other body shops before and they both were and been a nightmare with doing the job correctly, I am still dealing with one and I am going to have insurance let me take it to evolution to fix the mistakes and do it right. Places like this are hard to find it’s a hidden gem in my eyes, they were also very flexible with timing and my schedule. The pics are closer up because they’re a lil dusty I have to clean them off safely I just wanted to let them cure. I’ll take better pics when I get them on the car as well!!

I would like to give all my thanks to Jeff! He came thru after the shop dropped the ball (new management) and I almost didn't get my car back before the 4th July weekend as was promised. Jeff kept his word and had the technician finish the job quickly. I felt Jeff truly advocates for his customers and I appreciate that very much!
