Great job (1/23/26)UPDATE 1/24/26 (able to see furniture more clean in day light)This company engaged in misleading advertising, unprofessional conduct, and negligent handling of my property. Their website explicitly advertises a “white glove” service and states that all furniture will be wrapped. In reality, none of my furniture was wrapped upon arrival — including my bed and cushions — resulting in visible stains and damage. When I raised this discrepancy, Kesi denied that white glove service is offered at all, directly contradicting what is stated on their own website. This is, at best, false advertising. Additionally, the movers arrived without proper equipment to disassemble furniture. They brought only a screwdriver and relied on my boyfriend’s personal tools, which is unacceptable for a professional moving service. The movers also failed to properly reassemble our bed and left several bed slats behind at our previous apartment, rendering the bed unusable. When these issues were brought to Kesi’s attention, he dismissed them, stating that he “trusted his guys,” rather than investigating or resolving the problems.I want to be clear: I was not asking for a full refund. However, given the damage, incomplete service, and failure to provide what was advertised, some form of accountability or compensation would have been appropriate. Instead, my concerns were minimized and deflected by repeatedly referencing a so-called “discount” — a military discount (my boyfriend serves) and a $15 discount in exchange for a review, which I did provide. These discounts do not excuse negligence, damage to property, or deceptive business practices. This company does not honor its advertised services, lacks professionalism, and refuses to take responsibility when legitimate issues arise. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless they are willing to risk damaged property and dismissive customer service.
