The service here was absolutely superb. This company goes beyond to call of duty to assist the client. I needed wheelchair assistance. I was given their number by my hotel. When I call explained what I needed they reassured me not to worry they would fulfilled my requirements. They were true to their word. They delivered the proper wheel chair in my absence and the chair was waiting when I arrived. Then at the end of my rental they text to make sure of the proper pick up time. I left early and left the wheel at the facility and they texted me to confirm that they indeed had picked up the wheelchair. No Confusion, No Frustration, No ProblemsStrictly Professional.I will go back again and again. Thank you for your assistance when I needed your services. I rate this company a 10 over and over with their professional assistance it truly made my vacation a success. Thank you and your staff.

We had a wonderful experience with the scooters in Myrtle Beach. We zoomed up and down the boardwalk when it was hard for us to walk they were prompt and courteous, and we will be renting again.

Used this company for a scooter. My dad ended up breaking a piece off and the owner was there that day, fixed and ready to go! Communication is great also.

We had a great experience with JV Mobility in Myrtle Beach! We rented a beach wheelchair for a day so my boyfriend could enjoy the beach and ocean. They quickly got me a quote and delivered the chair to the valet area of our hotel and picked it up the next day. It was secured with a lock that they gave me the code to. This was such a convenient process! The chair was easy to use in the sand! The only downside was that the cost was high for one day's use. Their price for the week was much more reasonable though! We just could only use the chair one day with our scheduled plans.

We rented a scooter for my disabled husband on our vacation in Myrtle Beach. The entire process from reserving it to having it delivered to picking it up was flawless! They made the entire process easy and it gave my husband the freedom to enjoy his time with us and not watch from the sideline. Thank you so much! We will be using you again!
