Our experience with this facility started off great — Claudia helped us when we first signed up, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and gave us a strong first impression of the business. Unfortunately, things took a turn when I had to call back to clarify a situation and was treated with complete disrespect by another employee, Angela.Angela repeatedly spoke over me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. When I called back, she ignored the call entirely. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, which made her behavior even more upsetting and unnecessary.Thankfully, Colton — the manager — reached out personally, apologized, and took full responsibility for the situation. He was professional, kind, and offered a solution that helped us feel more comfortable continuing with our unit.While the interaction with Angela was completely mishandled, I appreciate the way it was addressed and resolved. I just hope her behavior is taken seriously, because no customer should ever be treated that way.
