I love working with Jaz. She’s very down to earth and made me relaxed while working with her. I knew I made the right decision when I came there. I will tell more people about the business I experienced. It’s not everyday you meet a person like that who just wants to give you the best customer service. She’s a diamond in the sand.

Reserving a unit online was very simple with easy to understand instructions. Facility is very clean, organized, feels secure, and fully accessible by an easy to use app on your phone. On first day, Angela was an example of what every employer dreams of having in their organization. Very friendly, made us feel at home, professional, and gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the place to include ensuring all our access was working properly. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Angela!

Only giving 2 as originally they were great. But beware once you tell them you are moving out they are rude (especially Angela) and you have to fight for any money back. They will call you once and if you never return their call (which is normla) they never follow up again. So DONT prepay for several months cause its gon a be pain to get money back or for them to provide good customer service.

The day before 4th of July we had the pleasure of Angela helping us with acquiring a storage unit. She was very pleasant and happy to help us and even with the sudden rush of people needing help the last hour of her shift she made sure we were not neglected. She made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions during the tour and was able to recommend the best unit for our situation. I also communicated with her on the phone once or twice the prior week and she was fantastic help since I have never needed a storage unit before. As for the facility I am also pleased with my experience so far. The units are secure and clean and the app seems easy to use. Having promotional pricing available makes it easy to find something within budget for different needs.

Claudia was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, kind, patient, professional, and efficient. She answered all of my (many) questions with ease and educated me through the entire rental/storage process. The facility was clean and had easy access through an app. No locks or keys were required unless you wanted additional protection.I would highly recommend this location of Epic Storage and Claudia. Claudia is an asset to the office and it's so nice to come across someone who does their job so well.

I used Epic when we moved to Vegas and Angela was so amazing. Truly her customer service is among the best I’ve ever came across. So amazing that now that I needed a unit before I leave, I had gps set for another unit place (didn’t think I would have enough room for truck and trailer) I skipped my turn and came to epic just because of her. I figured I would at least take look see if we can make it work. 10000000/10 for Angela and Epic Storage.

From the moment I walked in to check and see if they had any move in specials, I knew I was in the right place. Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me: select a unit size, location, prices, digital key information, and site rules and regulations. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage facility.
