Reserving a unit online was very simple with easy to understand instructions. Facility is very clean, organized, feels secure, and fully accessible by an easy to use app on your phone. On first day, Angela was an example of what every employer dreams of having in their organization. Very friendly, made us feel at home, professional, and gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the place to include ensuring all our access was working properly. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Only giving 2 as originally they were great. But beware once you tell them you are moving out they are rude (especially Angela) and you have to fight for any money back. They will call you once and if you never return their call (which is normla) they never follow up again. So DONT prepay for several months cause its gon a be pain to get money back or for them to provide good customer service.

The day before 4th of July we had the pleasure of Angela helping us with acquiring a storage unit. She was very pleasant and happy to help us and even with the sudden rush of people needing help the last hour of her shift she made sure we were not neglected. She made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions during the tour and was able to recommend the best unit for our situation. I also communicated with her on the phone once or twice the prior week and she was fantastic help since I have never needed a storage unit before.As for the facility I am also pleased with my experience so far. The units are secure and clean and the app seems easy to use. Having promotional pricing available makes it easy to find something within budget for different needs.

She answered all of my (many) questions with ease and educated me through the entire rental/storage process.The facility was clean and had easy access through an app. No locks or keys were required unless you wanted additional protection.I would highly recommend this location of Epic Storage and Claudia. I used Epic when we moved to Vegas and Angela was so amazing. Truly her customer service is among the best I’ve ever came across. So amazing that now that I needed a unit before I leave, I had gps set for another unit place (didn’t think I would have enough room for truck and trailer) I skipped my turn and came to epic just because of her.
