I was given a full MOT on my feet and nails and found my feet weren't as bad as I thought!. Podiatrist Charley explained everything in simple lay man's terms and reassured me that condition of my nails and feet were just down to normal wear and tear for my age. I am totally in debt to Mitesh and the team for completely turning my foot, Achilles and knee issue around... For years I have never been able to run without pain and I just thought it was something I couldn't do anything about. Then by chance I asked Mitesh (my daughter had to see him first!) about it and after some gait analyses and initially his expert eye he recommended orthotic insoles to correct a leg imbalance and then rehab exercises... A few months later and I have just completed the Kenilworth Half Marathon completely pain free!!!!!! I have NEVER run pain free in my life.
