Let me just say that I had three other companies come out, but I ended up going with Steve. What I love about it is that it’s a family business. The father works for the son, or with the son—a great story, but that’s not all that matters.I didn’t sign with them on my first visit. I ended up going into their showroom, met Steve, and Rissa, and they showed me how screens and awnings work. I was very thankful for that the other companies didn’t have that to offer. One of them offered to bring it to the manufacturing facility, but so did Steve.Seeing their warehouse clean and organized, and their showroom, made me and my family much more comfortable. Three weeks later, I have beautiful screens installed, and I’m very happy with them. I’ll be recommending them to all my family and friends.

We love our new electric shade! It goes up and down smooth like butter! Our family has enjoyed having it instead of a normal permanent screen that can hinder your view. Love to put it down to shade the sun coming in the afternoon but put all the way up in the morning to enjoy the nice weather on the porch. Also gives you added security to put it down at night. Would absolutely get it all over again and in a new house if we ever move. Thank you for being so professional and helpful through the whole process.

Great service, great product, quick phone call replies, and competitively priced. The only issue with the garage door screen is that it won't operate manually if the power is out, so if we lose power when my car in the garage, I'm stuck home until the power is back on.

We now have a beautiful Awning over our deck. What a difference it makes. Creates shade and cools the glass sliding door and windows, so cools the inside of our home and will reduce our electric use. Where to begin from the very beginning from the lady that answered the phone I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing and very nice to deal with. She got everything out that I needed. Got all my information and set me up with an appointment with Steve. What a character Steve is but very knowledgeable about the product. He was the only one out of three other companies that told me that there would be a scene in the fabric at 126 inches. that’s one of the reasons I went with West Shore because of their honesty. But Steve did a great job showing us the color selection showing us exactly where everything was going even had a little sample of the wire management that they use. Now about installation, it took about three weeks to get the product in But the installation crew came to the front door, knocked and walked me through exactly what they were gonna do and how they were gonna do it couple hours later I had my beautiful motorized screens In the photos that I’m posting, you could see the wire management looks amazing as well and matches. I can’t wait to be sitting on my couch and put my screens down and see the temperature difference in my house but also in my patio And is now making my patio a usable space for us to enjoy with our friends and our family.
