Joel was an extremely knowledgeable sales representative, listened to what I was looking for, made insightful suggestions, and I couldn't be more happy with the result. I highly recommend this company.

Best of the best, I called a bunch of other motorized screen companies but West Shore Shades had the best customer service and most fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Luis did a fantastic job completing my service call for my exterior roller shades. He arrived early and exceeded my expectations with completing my adjustments. These were my second set of shades I’ve ordered with West Shore and I look forward to continue working with Luis & Team.

I reside in Sun City Center and have always desired a motorized screen for my garage. However, I never imagined I could have one with my golf cart. Three companies approached me, all offering very similar products. However, West Shore Shade stood out by taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring my satisfaction. After the sale, which took only three weeks, I received a beautiful motorized screen. I want to express my gratitude to the entire team.P.S. They cleaned up exceptionally well.

Let me just say that I had three other companies come out, but I ended up going with Steve. What I love about it is that it’s a family business. The father works for the son, or with the son—a great story, but that’s not all that matters.I didn’t sign with them on my first visit. I ended up going into their showroom, met Steve, and Rissa, and they showed me how screens and awnings work. I was very thankful for that the other companies didn’t have that to offer. One of them offered to bring it to the manufacturing facility, but so did Steve.Seeing their warehouse clean and organized, and their showroom, made me and my family much more comfortable. Three weeks later, I have beautiful screens installed, and I’m very happy with them. I’ll be recommending them to all my family and friends.
