In 2025, we had our house washed by Eastern Elite Wash. Mike was very attentive and got back to me as soon as I requested an estimate. The estimate was better than another I had gotten. The work was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner.They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone needing their house washed. I still looks good a year and a half later.

Prior to my dealings with Mike Wagner of Eastern Elite Wash I've never had any exterior cleaning of my house roof, the house siding (both vinyl and brick) and patio pavers. I had a heavy layer of mildew on my siding and the shingles on my house were black with mildew as well. Since this was the first time I had anyone do any work of this nature I had no comparisons to make to help me make my decision as to whom to hire for the job. Needless to say, Mike DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. The siding and brickwork looked amazing and the shingles looked like a they were new. He was very careful to ensure that he did not damage the shingles or the siding. Additionally he was meticulous at getting everything and even cleaned the back of the down spouting to ensure no mildew remained. I should also mention that (as is my nature) I did price shopping and found Eastern Elite was very competitive to other house cleaners. He was very professional and had a positive friendly demeanor. I have no hesitation in HIGHLY recommending Mike Wagner for any type of house washing or exterior cleaning job.
