Updating this review to say that the only thing I am not a fan of is the 20 minutes of video aided, self stretch I do on an equipment as a start. An equipment I can find at gyms and use with a YouTube video.----A service I never knew I needed.I had gone to chiropractic treatments, physical therapy, and massage therapy repeatedly. However, they felt incomplete. Before going to my complimentary 40-minute appointment here, I had a feeling that I really could use stretch therapy above all else. After the session, I confirmed this to be true. Everything about the experience was pleasant. It started with Ken, the rep who patiently waited nearly two months for me to be ready to schedule. The location on Main Street is convenient, and I loved the minimalist, modern, and clean vibe of the studio.The aided stretch itself was led by Lars, who was courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He is soft-spoken and patient; he explained the different membership options without being pushy, which I appreciated as I considered how to move forward with the treatments.I understood the terms and was convinced that this could only be beneficial to me owing to my lifestyle and chronic muscular tightness.If you are on the fence whether stretching may be beneficial for you, at least take advantage of the complimentary stretch before you make up your mind.I also did a comparison of pricing and approaches of the different aided stretch places in the area and StretchMed seems most favorable.I decided to give this membership a try.

I am blown away by my experience at StretchMed! The space in East Greenwich is clean, calm, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. My therapist, Sammy, reviewed all of my medical concerns and allowed me the time to explain what pain I have endured and gently guided me through every part of the stretch. Sammy made sure I was comfortable and worked with me throughout the stretching session leaving me feeling more relaxed and feeling a relief my muscles desperately needed! I HIGHLY recommend StretchMed and Sammy! She’s INCREDIBLE!!!

I noticed an immediate improvement in my range of motion that has gradually improved over the sessions. Especially with my legs and hip flexors. I'm also experiencing much less pain in my lower back. They have a great staff of experienced professionals. Sammy the manger is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their mobility.

How was my experience? On the way in I limped across the street to the front door. On my way out I zipped across with ease. I thank Sammy for reintroducing my fingers to my toes. My advice? Be good to yourself and get to StretchMed. Your body will thank you.

If there were 6 stars, I’d rate a 6! Sammy was great from consultation, through warm-up to stretch session to wrap up. She explained everything in detail, answered questions and shared related health insights. She finished with an assessment and explanation of available options which, frankly, are a lot more affordable and tailored than I realized they would be. I went on a recommendation and the visit did not disappoint!

I had a great introductory session with Sammy who helped me to work through several issues I'd been having and made recommendations for what I could do to get back to 100% at home as well. Would definitely recommend checking them out - be prepared to feel the burn!

This was such a great experience, Dev and Sammy were excellent! My body felt great after and Dev had deep knowledge and was able to work with my injuries. Sammy was so bubbly, making everyone feel like a friend, it was an awesome experience!
