My family of 5 rented a pontoon boat from Dockside. We did the half day which cost about 415$. It could sit up to 10 people. The boat had a bluetooth speaker which was awesome. Boat was in good condition. Easy to drive and easy to check in. Counter gal was helpful and nice. We loaded up all our gear and headed to Crab Island which was about a 15 min ride just bc it's a NO wake zone practically the entire way. Luckily I've had years experience driving all sorts of boats but they do go over the basics of the how tos & how not to's. Jackson was helpful with the introduction. I would recommend Dockside Watersports in the future. Ps dockhands work for tips so make sure to bring some cash and take care of them boys 👏🏼

Checking in was smooth, parking was easy, boat was nice and clean, staff was super friendly, gave us all the tips and tricks and even helped us load and unload our stuff! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was our first boating trip with our grandson, and we were looking forward to a great day on the water. We have rented from Dockside several times in the past and have always had positive experiences.Unfortunately, this time was very different. The boat we were assigned was not in safe operating condition and certainly did not feel worth the $495 rental fee. The throttle was sticking, making it difficult to shift into forward and reverse. Thankfully, as boat owners ourselves, we were able to figure out how to get the boat into gear and avoid potential accidents, including contact with other boats.Because of the issue, we had to keep our distance and park well away from others to avoid any problems. My biggest concern is that an inexperienced renter could be put in a dangerous situation if this boat is not repaired promptly.I sincerely hope the necessary repairs are made before the boat is rented out again.

We had a group of couples for a sunset cruise and they gave us captain Chillbilly. He was definitely the right fit for our group! Though the clouds didnt cooperate for the sunset. We had the best time! Highly recommend and definitely ask for Captain Chillbilly!!!

Chillbilly aka Capt Tim was simply amazing. We had the absolute best time, saw dolphins and really just enjoyed our sunset cruise. We have raved everyday still about how amazing it was and it was a week ago.

The online reservation was a breeze & on point. The check in staff cordial & efficient. The instructions were clear and succinct. If you have any boating experience you will be capable of enjoying a great time in the bay.Crab Island is something we have never before experienced. What a kick! We also anchored off the beach allowing us to enjoy a quieter time to float & slide.A half day was the right amount of time for our family including 9 teen grandkids.

This was a great ride the boat went really fast the slides were great to race your friends on I had a really fun time with my friends . I really think you should rent from this place.

I recently spent a week in Destin. The day I rented the a Pontoon from Dockside Watersports was the best day of my vacation. We had some unexpected weather that wouldn't have prevented us from going out but would have made it less fun. They quickly helped me to reschedule with no muss or fuss. Everybody was friendly and efficient. I would absolutely rent from them again.
