The staff I spoke to on the phone was so so helpful and accommodating! She helped me brainstorm options best for me that were in my financial best interest and showed compassion to my sick pet. She was able to get me scheduled for carpet cleaning and area rug pick up the same day. Shortly after I was scheduled, technicians called to come sooner as they were already in my area! Service was fast and the price point was reasonable! Duke Brother's will be a regular service I use from now on!

I bought two antique wool Oriental carpets at an auction. They looked like they had good color and took them to Duke Brothers to be hand cleaned. We were amazed at how bright the colors were when we picked them up. Great job! Thank you!
