I had tried several places to come cut the tree out of my roof. I used the BBB. Prime Arbor was very close and had an A+ rating. These two gentlemen run this company with excellent customer service and are highly respectful. They are conscientious and do the right thing by me and my insurance company. Anthony is truly the best. My Husband and I have been working with him for 7 years, now. He has done everything from trimming and pruning to removing some very large (and dangerous) trees. He is knowledgeable and efficient. We will not use anyone else for our tree needs.

I used Prime Arbor because of my long-time association with Anthony Ursache. Anthony is a true professional and has come to my aid during critical needs. Recently, I had a tree that was rotten, and Anthony confirmed the tree needed to be removed. I was out of town and Anthony was removing trees on my neighbor's property. Anthony called me when I was in Europe and went the extra mile to help secure HOA approval and a thorough job removing a large dead tree amongst other large trees. Only evidence was a large stump which I requested not be removed.Have given many referrals (rarely do) and all praise the quality of work, integrity, and professionalism of Anthony. One job required a crane to remove a large tree on a house.

Anthony and Jose are my go-to for tree services. I’ve worked with Anthony many times before and he always does exactly what he says. I can’t recommend them enough.My most recent service was a tough task. I had multiple large trees on a sloped hill behind a retaining wall that I planned on keeping so the team had to carefully cut each tree precisely to not damage the wall.
