HEALTHY HOME, INC TO THE RESCUE!!!I recently purchased a home in Myrtle Beach and in less than 24 hours. Had a call from the electric company that I had an issue at my home that needed immediate attention. Not being familiar with AC and heat pumps, I remembered when I had the home inspected there was an issue with the air conditioning The event owner contacted Healthy Home to come out “doing the repair. So naturally, when the electric company informed me, I needed to get a HVAC company out there as soon as possible. I was fortunate enough to you know about healthy home From the initial work, they were contacted to do. Healthy home moved heaven and earth to get a tech out to me that same day, within a couple hours of the time I called. Chris, the service tech who came out was personable, professional, and empathetic to my situation, having owned the home for less than a day. He verified what the electric company thought the issue was and the home needed a new heat pump. Chris contacted the owner of Healthy Home and discussed my situation with him, and I was surprised with what the company actually did for me, because I am a senior and have owned the home for less than a day, they reduced the rates that they normally charge to do this labor intensive job. Additionally, due to the unexpected expense of having to replace this in less than a day of home ownership, the manager offered me my first year’s maintenance contract. And so far as I am concerned, if this is the type of professional service I continue to receive and more than fair pricing from healthy home, they will have a customer for life!
