The previous owners never maintained the chimney and we were worried about a chimney fire. They were CSIA certified which was important to us for safety reasons. They removed heavy Stage 3 creosote deposits using professional rotary cleaning equipment and treated the flue with a creosote modifier. Best chimney service we've ever used. On time, thorough, fairly priced, and the technician genuinely cared about doing it right.
