We've been using Bug Blasters for years now and we have never had a reason to look anywhere else for our pest control at our storage facility in Post Falls. They've always been super thorough and take the time to come into the office to chat and make sure we're not having any issues, which is amazing! I love that they not only do great work, but their customer service is unbeatable! We had the pleasure of working with Cloud today, and he was wonderful! Amanda hires the best people who do 100%. I (59f) had a terrible experience with a family that refused to leave our home. They were abusive and injured me bad enough to go to a drs office. I finally called professionals to evict them and when they open the door to our basement- we were all shocked. That family had grown to about 5000 in total! They had a heck of a time getting them out but did a fantastic job. Ever since- we’ve had Bug Blasters come over every few months to make sure we are safe from home invaders. And yeah- I know. Pics or it didn’t happen 😆

I couldn’t be happier with Amanda, Aaron, and the entire team at Bug Blasters!We recently moved into our new home and discovered we had a pest problem — wasps, hornets, stink bugs, spiders, carpenter ants, and more, both indoors and outdoors. Amanda and Aaron came out to give us a free quote. They took the time to walk the entire property with me, answered all my questions, and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.A few days later, they returned with their full team and thoroughly treated the inside of our home plus all four exterior buildings in under two hours. They let me know the treatment would take about 10 days to reach full effect. I actually noticed a big reduction the very next day, and after the 10-day period, I only saw a couple of wasps outside. The team even removed over 100 wasp and hornet nests from our property!A month later, Cloud came out for the follow-up service. He was right on time and spent nearly 90 minutes doing a very thorough job.Thanks to Bug Blasters, our home is now pest-free inside and out. If you’re dealing with pests — especially if you live in a wooded area like we do — I highly recommend Bug Blasters. They did an outstanding job from start to finish!
