My 98 year old father, who is dependent upon a walking frame, found himself without hot water recently, due to problems with his boiler. Central Plumbing and Heating were out the same day, assessed the problem, ordered the parts and were back out to fit them the day they arrived. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.Liam was excellent; he went the extra mile to explain everything to us and is a tremendously knowledgeable chap. Jason also worked tremendously hard, carefully fitting the heat pump pipes under our floorboards with absolutely minimum disruption to the house. It was a really clean and professional job. No ceilings or plastering to be done at all.The whole team worked really well together, and they were always punctual. Communication was excellent—the text messages even included a van location feature that told you precisely when they were going to arrive, which made planning our day so much easier.They ensured the job was completed to the highest standard, and we are already noticing the benefits of our new heat pump.If you're looking for reliable and expert plumbing and heating services, look no further. Fantastic service, replaced our old boiler, quote was very reasonable and the installation team were fantastic!! Tested everything before leaving and bow have a very toasty home!!
