It wasn't just installing a premium Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump system; the team efficiently managed a plant room upgrade which included a full consumer unit upgrade, fitted new radiators throughout, seamlessly relocated our existing air conditioning unit, and safely decommissioned and removed our old oil boiler and tank. The installation presented significant spatial challenges, but the crew excelled under pressure: Liam coordinated the entire project with brilliant technical expertise, dialling in the control logic perfectly and providing outstanding, highly responsive remote support to optimise the system's performance. *Jason, Alfie, and Danny worked tirelessly in incredibly tight, restricted spaces to install the main physical infrastructure. They refused to take shortcuts and actively engineered clever solutions on-site to route and conceal what could have been highly unsightly pipework, keeping the final finish exceptionally clean. *Danny (the Electrician) handled the complex electrical integration and the new consumer unit with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the entire system's power infrastructure is safe and robust. *Josh provided fantastic support by following up on filling some holes and removing and taking away our oil tank. My boiler started leaking just before Christmas and failed the emissions test meaning that it had to be condemned. I thought that Christmas would be ruined but incredibly Central Plumbing and Heating were able to install a replacement combi boiler the next day! I'm really grateful to Liam, Claire and Jason for their fantastic service. The turnaround time was stunning, they did a very professional job and kept me fully informed throughout the work. The price was also very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I will definitely be using them in the future.
