Their engineer (Matt Beckett) did a brilliant job. He went over and above to rectify our boiler issue so we weren't left without heat or water over the weekend. Although the quote was the most expensive one, it was the most comprehensive and the gentleman (Carl) was happy to discuss and explain things to me clearly. So I chose it, was very pleased that I did and felt that I got value for money. The engineer installing the boiler (Jason) was polite, friendly and efficient and left my place very tidy.
