Upon entering Elegant Floors and Remodeling, we were met with a professional gentleman by the name of Marcos. He and his crew- Adriel, Gabriel, and Eric proved to be very hard working and highly reliable craftsmen. They all made the process of transitioning to our new flooring selection hassle-free. They were all very easy to work with. Marcos even stopped by a few times during the renovation to check up on the progress. The floors look amazing! After doing extensive research and getting quotes from several flooring companies, we went with Elegant Floors and Remodeling because they had the most reasonable prices and great selection of flooring. Marcos was fantastic to work with from being professional, responsive, and always mindful of our timeline and budget. We recently worked with Marcos and his team at Elegant Floors and Remodeling. My husband and I had been looking at various other flooring stores in the area trying to decide what product and color would work for us. As soon as we met with Marcos at his store we were so impressed with his customer service, product knowledge, and true professionalism. He helped us select the perfect LVP flooring in a color that was a beautiful match with our existing tile flooring.His installation team did an amazing job. They were very professional as well and very considerate of all of our furniture as they moved it from room to room. They were polite, courteous, and did an excellent job.
