Marcos is an OUTSTANDING contractor whose communication was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I am so thankful that he sent Mario and his crew to do our floors. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is the best we have ever encountered. Keep in mind, we priced MANY people and places, and Elegant Floors and Remodeling had the fairest prices. We are so thankful that we went with Elegant Floors.

They did an amazing job on our house for our project. We had hardwood floors placed upstairs ( 1200 ft.² ).The workmanship was amazing. They had a very high integrity level and really guided us through the project. Marcos at the store was exceptional. Juan and the installer team also did a fantastic job. We looked around at several different places and the prices were extremely reasonable in comparison. We will definitely go back to them for additional projects in the future. Excellent work guys!

I give Elegant Floors a good recommendation. They made sure we were satisfied with everything at the end of the process. Marco is great to work with. We did a big remodel with new floors throughout, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counters, and paint. They removed a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room and put a new support beam in the attic. They installed new toilets, appliances, light fixtures and ceiling fans. The process does require patience. Things will take a lot longer than you initially expect, especially the “punch list” at the end, but it will get done. They will ask for partial payment up front and after each major portion of the work is done. Keep an eye on things and make sure you let them know ASAP if you don’t like how they’re doing something. It’s less expensive to make changes that way. We had this work done 2 years ago and I wanted to see how everything held up before leaving a review. I am happy to say it has held up very well and I would highly recommend this company.

After an extensive search for bathroom remodeling, we decided to have Elegant Floors & Remodeling do complete renovations on two of our bathrooms and partial renovation on a third bathroom. we talked to some of the more well known names in the market space who all wanted significantly more $$ for far less quality design and products. in one case a vendor wanted to do the very basic remodel with prefabricated Acrylic Panels and standard 60 inch sliding Glass shower doors that would cost double what Elegant Floors & Remodeling offered us. in fact the people at Elegant told us to actually purchase high end flooring and shower tile because the majority of the cost would be labor, so why not pick out higher end materials. we ended up getting very high tile and custom glass at a much lower cost point than the prefab jobs pitched by others. in terms of workmanship, their folks were top notch and we are thrilled at the ultimate outcome of all 3 bathrooms. I would highly recommend them and would say they will be my first call when I need additional projects and services completed.

We’ve just moved to Texas and bought a home that needs some TLC and refreshing. This is the fourth house we’ve owned that we have had hardwood flooring installed and our recent experience with Elegant Floors and Remodeling was the best, by far. Elegant Floors and Remodeling has a really talented team and being new to the area we are so grateful to have found them. Kenan was our contact and manager of our installation. Adriel was the team leader and his team was made up of well-trained professionals who were very skilled in laying the floors, and who paid close attention to details which showed in the beautiful results. We are particular but couldn’t find fault in any of the work. Our job involved matching already existing floors and they blended them skillfully and it looks great. One example of the focus on details, skill level and care for how the finished product looks: they handmade the transitions (from old to new floors) which blended the slightly different heights of the floors and avoided having those doorway transition strips that are like mini speed bumps.They were respectful of the property and always made sure everything was as we wanted. Adriel’s team always showed up on time and worked diligently and finished right on schedule. Laying tile in the laundry will be in the future and we plan to use them for any future floor work because of their high quality and high standards. Very impressive!Last week we asked Kenan to send an electrician to take care of several issues. Sergio installed a couple of ceiling fixtures, corrected some odd wiring and checked out our circuit board. After reviewing our to-do list, he efficiently fixed each item and was finished much faster than expected. And did a great job. Even though our job was pretty straight forward, when asking him about future concerns it was obvious Sergio has a depth of knowledge and experience in his field. Would definitely use his services again.We have a list of future projects and because of our great experiences and comfort level with the quality of the team members we met, we will call Kenan and Elegant Floors and Remodeling. Highly recommend them!

We just completed some home remodeling and were very pleased with the staff at Elegant Flooring in Keller. From the selections to the pricing and on to installation everything was polite, professional and fulfilled our dreams of a new flooring product. The quality and value were exceptional and after a few flubs from competing stores we are so thrilled with the final product. Marcos was always there with a quick and thorough response.
