I did just start working with these guys this week so I can’t say to their management quality just yet, but still willing to leave an initial review with how it’s been so far which has been outstanding. Chad and Hayden are so on top of the ball and Are just ledges ahead of every other management company I’ve worked with and talked to. If their management style is anything like how beyond boarding process has been I’m sure it will be amazing. Will update my review later if that’s not the case.

I was hesitant to use a property management company but when Chad approached me to manage my investment he laid out their system and told me it would be very hands off and for the year that I have had them manage for me it has been completely hands off. The best part is the communication and making sure that I approve the maintenance requests and they are pretty transparent with their invoices making sure I know the actual charges to my account. They have very good pricing and a great team filled with years of experience! I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone!
