Communication was amazing – so clear, quick and responsive – and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting around my schedule, which I really appreciated.The man (sorry forgotten your name!) who came was perfectly on time, professional, and so helpful. He moved beds and furniture out of the way without hesitation, which far exceeded my expectations. Nothing felt like too much trouble.The carpets look incredible – such an amazing job. Absolutely brilliant service! I had my L-shaped sofa cleaned and it looks practically brand new again. The team were professional from start to finish; friendly, great communication, and clearly take pride in their work. I can tell they know exactly what they’re doing.Great value for money too.
