Every time I go in, Chris takes the time to discuss what the plan is for that session (while looking over his notes from previous sessions). Often times he will change the plan as he gets into the work and sees how my body is reacting. Afterwards, we always talk about what we might do next time while discussing what I can do on my own to help my body recover. Chris is always thorough and approaches each session from a physical, mental, and emotional standpoint.
