I’ve been a client of Anvil Bodywork’s since 2023 and I can’t express how much I’ve appreciated the positive difference in my body and mind. The time and care that Chris takes to understand and focus on my problem areas has made those areas much less of a problem for me. My hip, back, shoulder and neck pain/stiffness is almost nonexistent. When I go into to see him and he asks what’s been bothering me physically or what he needs to work on, I rarely have anything to complain about. At those appointments when nothing physical needs to be addressed we work on relaxing my mind and just breathing. Chris takes your whole body, mentally and physically into relaxing, tranquil state that lingers long after the massage is complete.Chris at Anvil Bodyworks is an amazing masseuse. He takes the time to genuinely listen to your needs and health concerns. He tailors your massage therapy session to address those issues. I have been going to see Chris on and off for over a year. I have found him to be professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a little self-care in their life.

Chris is, hands down (pun intended🤗), the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. The ambiance at Anvil is very pleasant, parking is easy, and Chris is welcoming, personable, and highly skilled. He makes his clients feel seen and heard as persons, not just customers. His technique is amazing and always geared towards both the physical and psychological circumstances of the person he is working with.I love what I do, but it is very high stress and I do my best to see him monthly. I recommend him highly.
