Her communication was excellent and when I needed to change the timing to later in the day, she was so flexible and accommodating, which I really appreciated.On the day, she arrived right on time, confirmed everything clearly, and immediately made me feel at ease. Her vibe is just fantastic! she’s warm, calm, and genuinely interested in you and how you’re feeling, not just the end result. She was very friendly, made me feel so comfortable in the makeup chair, explained to me every step of the makeup look she was doing on my face, asked me at every step if it was ok and if I liked it, and she followed exactly what I wanted and what I liked. Nicola and her team are amazing at what they do. I had my makeup done for a party and it looked so natural and like my own skin! I looked & felt a million bucks, and I even had two people ask for my number, which I think is a pretty great testament to the makeup!
