I was referred to this pain management office by my PCP because of ongoing pain in my spine from a car accident 1.5 years ago. I have 3 bulging discs that won't heal even after rest, therapy, etc... I received my first epidural steroid injection last Wednesday and felt almost immediate relief in my upper neck and shoulder area. The numbness in my fingers have almost disappeared. The doctor, nurse practitioner and staff were professional, courteous and patient, answering all of my questions and did a wonderful job keeping my anxiety at bay. I highly recommend this facility. I can not wait to return to continue treatment and hopefully make a full recovery and get back to doing the things I love. Less

I met Dr. Vyas when I got injured while being 13 weeks pregnant. I had a severe disc bulge and he was the only Dr. that was willing to help me get some type of relief. When you’re pregnant you’re not given very many options when in pain.He went into great detail of the risks associated with receiving an injection. I was in so much pain. It was debilitating, I was in fear of losing my pregnancy due to the stress on my body from the pain. Due to being high risk already.I knew very well the risks I was taking and Dr. V made sure I still wanted to proceed even on the table. I felt instant relief that day. I wholeheartedly recommend Interventional Pain and Spine. I have calcific tendonitis and am undergoing shockwave therapy on my shoulder. It has been very effective, and I believe it will save me from an invasive surgery with extensive downtime.
