I’ve been delaying my review of Baywatch Pools until we had a few months of their pool service under our belts. I can now say we’re extremely happy with the way these guys maintain our pool. We don’t have a single complaint . . . the water is crystal clear, the pool is clean as a whistle, and we just love everything about the thorough job they do. They keep the pool chemistry, “balls on, dead accurate”. We highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with Baywatch pools!

We had black algae in our pool and weren’t sure how to get rid of it. Baywatch Pools took care of it, and our pool looks great again. They were easy to communicate with and explained what they were doing. We wish we had found them sooner! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for pool service in The Villages.

10 out of 10 I highly recommendWe’ve had a very good experience with Baywatch Pools. We appreciate that we see the same two technicians each visit, so they know our pool and can keep track of what’s been happening over time. They’re knowledgeable about pool chemistry and clearly understand what it takes to keep a pool clean and properly balanced. They take the time to explain what they’re seeing and what they recommend. Recently, they cleaned our salt cell and helped us understand how rain and the pool’s chemistry can affect chlorine levels. We also appreciated their attention to a discoloration issue and their willingness to look into what might be contributing to it. Reliable, knowledgeable, and attentive service—we’re glad we chose Baywatch Pools.

Our pool looks fantastic! You can tell Bryce and his team really cares and take their time making our pools look great. Even with all the rain, our pool is pristine and well maintained. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pool crew in the villages.
