I’ve been going to Body Zest and been treated by George for a few months now. I first visited them for one of their free sessions on lower back pain and was pleasantly surprised with their approach to treatment so embarked on a 6 wk course.I’ve suffered on and off over the years with lower back pain, but in the last year the pain extended to my glutes and down my legs and had become totally unmanageable.It had started to affect my mental health and I needed to do something about it.After 6 wks of treatment I have improved greatly, no daily pain and I have learnt how to strengthen and manage any flare ups! I highly recommend Luke and his team!

Ethan at Body Zest is a brilliant osteopath. I've seen another osteopath previously and even had physio sessions to help with both hip and neck issues and nobody else has been able to alleviate the discomfort. And once I'd finished all the planned sessions, my issues have not come back. I would highly recommend them.

I attended the clinic to consult about a foot verruca issue. Monica was the podiatrist who treated me, and she was extremely caring and patient. She explained the treatment options clearly and helped me choose the most suitable one. Although I initially needed to attend several treatment sessions, I was already very pleased with the service I received during my first visit.Monica continued the treatment sessions, and now my foot is fully cured. I would highly recommend Monica for her professional expertise and for the excellent patient care she provided throughout the entire process.
