I have just finished a course of focused shockwave therapy for a knee issue that had started to affect my dancing.On Tracy’s recommendation (clinic manager), I began with a complimentary discovery visit to discuss the most appropriate remedial treatment.My chiropractor (lovely George), was courteous and professional from the off, taking time to properly understand the issue, pre-treatment.Everyone I met at Body Zest made me feel welcome and I am incredibly happy with the results. Easy booking, was able to have an appointment within a few days. Monica the podiatrist was very friendly & helpful. Was able to cut my mum toenails within the same appointment. Nice cool clean premises. Only difficulty was I wasn't sent the sms message I was advised I would receive telling me how to access the building so had to ring all the room bells until someone answered. Otherwise I would definitely use this service again

I’ve been going to Body Zest and been treated by George for a few months now. I first visited them for one of their free sessions on lower back pain and was pleasantly surprised with their approach to treatment so embarked on a 6 wk course.I’ve suffered on and off over the years with lower back pain, but in the last year the pain extended to my glutes and down my legs and had become totally unmanageable.It had started to affect my mental health and I needed to do something about it.After 6 wks of treatment I have improved greatly, no daily pain and I have learnt how to strengthen and manage any flare ups! I highly recommend Luke and his team!
